How to return an item:

If you wish to return a product for any reason you must contact us first, prior to sending your package back. You will be given further instruction on which, if any items need to be sent back and the address to which to ship the items to.

Place the item in its original packaging with all documents, manuals, parts and accessories. Wrap your item carefully in a box with a copy of your receipt and anything else that might be necessary. It always helps to include a note with an explanation and to mark any defective items. Make sure your contact information such as name, address, phone number and email address are provided so we can identify your package or contact you if necessary.

If the return of merchandise is a valid error on our part - we will supply a UPS label to cover the cost of return shipping. The label will come via email, to be printed and attached to the parcel. For all other returns the customer is responsible for all costs of return shipping. We recommend that you ship your returned item with signature confirmation and insurance to ensure guaranteed delivery. We will not be held accountable for any lost or damaged products and packages.

Used Merchandise

There are no returns, credits or exchanges on items used by the customer. Merchandise sent back in used condition will be not be accepted. Customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back.

Damaged Merchandise

We do our best to pack all orders appropriately to prevent any possible damage during shipment. Any damage resulting from shipment must be reported to us immediately. DO NOT send a physically damaged item back to Ultrabrightlights unless instructed to do so. Simply contact us so that we may assist you in handling a damage claim with the courier (USPS, UPS). Please understand that we have no control over what happens to a parcel during shipment and cannot be held responsible for any damages.

Lost Packages

We are not responsible for any lost packages on their way to our warehouse. The customer is responsible for purchasing insurance and tracking confirmation if deemed necessary.

WARRANTY COVERAGE ON BULBS: Bulbs are warranted for a period of two (2) years from the date of the purchase. Warranty does not cover breakage due to improper installation, shipping or handling.

Warranty Coverage on Ballasts & Igniters

Ballasts and igniters are covered by the warranty for a period of two (2) years from the purchase date. FREE Guaranteed replacement within 5 business days.

Exclusions

Any defects resulting from water damage, fire, acts of nature, misuse, abuse, modification, improper installation, vehicle crash, or any type of impact. Any modification to the system or operating on a vehicle with a damaged headlight housing, will void the warranty.

Repair or Replacement

If a product is suspected of being defective, please contact us as soon as possible to try to resolve any problems before they escalate. The returned product will be inspected by the manufacturer. If the product is found to be defective and covered by this Warranty, it will be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer's option. Any charges accrued for removal, installation, or reinstallation will not be covered by this warranty.

All claims will be thoroughly considered and you will be contacted promptly with a resolution.

The VisionPRO 6000K HID Bulbs will produce a crystal white light output. The 6000K kit is for those looking for a perfect balance between color and light output. With a luminosity of approximately 2900, it is much brighter than the light output of halogen bulbs. The 6000K bulbs might produce a very slight bluish hue depending on the optics of the headlights, however if you are looking for more color you should consider going with a Kelvin rating of 8000K or 10000K. The Bi-Xenon HID setup is only meant for vehicles that use dual-filament halogen bulbs (H4/9003, H13/9008, 9007 & 9004). These bulbs produce the low and high beam lighting in the vehicle. When converting to HID, you get the ability to purchase a single beam kit which will allow for HID lighting at the low beam level while losing the high beam capability or the Bi Xenon setup allowing the simultaneous conversion of the low beam as well as the high beam. This setup is completely plug & play. It will come with a wiring harness featuring inline fuses and a high beam controller. The bulbs have a magnetic mechanism that allows for instant use of the high beam at its full capacity as it is activated from inside the vehicle. The bulb used for the low beam is retracted to change the focal point of the light to project it at a higher angle providing visibility further down the road. The H4 bulbs also feature the required glare shield necessary to produce a clear cutoff and remove glare to oncoming traffic. Weather you wish to upgrade your single beam HID kit to Bi-Xenon or need new bulbs for a new vehicle these bulbs along with the included wiring is all you need if you already have 2 Standard 35W HID Ballasts.
