RETURNS FOR REFUND

All returns must take place within 14 days of the date of invoice. All returned products must be in their original resalable condition, with all original documentation, boxes etc. We will refund the FULL PURCHASE PRICE of the order including all regular shipping costs. Any and all expedited shipping expenses are NON-REFUNDABLE.

All merchandise sent back for a refund must be:

  • In new condition
  • Packed in its original manufacturers box
  • Include all original packaging material, original manuals and any accessories that came with the product.
  • Bulbs must be securely packaged and in new condition.>

All refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used to make the original purchase. Refunds are initiated 2-5 business days after receipt of merchandise. Please understand that you may not see the issued credit for up to 10 days after it was processed by us. This delay is a result of the credit being issued to your bank and then applied to your account. We have absolutely no control over this procedure.

We are here to help each and every one of our customers and will do the best we can to make you a customer for life.The customer is responsible for the costs of return shipping and all exchanges must take place within 30 days from the date of invoice. We will pay the cost of shipping the replacement, limited to the first exchange per order. Please contact us with any possible reasons for exchange for further instructions. These can be but not limited to:

  • Ordered the wrong Bulb Size
  • Do not like the color
  • Want to upgrade/downgrade to a different product
  • Ordered the wrong part
How to return an item:
  1. If you wish to return a product for any reason you must contact us first, prior to sending your package back. You will be given further instruction on which, if any items need to be sent back and the address to which to ship the items to.
  2. Place the item in its original packaging with all documents, manuals, parts and accessories. Wrap your item carefully in a box with a copy of your receipt and anything else that might be necessary. It always helps to include a note with an explanation and to mark any defective items. Make sure your contact information such as name, address, phone number and email address are provided so we can identify your package or contact you if necessary.
  3. If the return of merchandise is a valid error on our part - we will supply a UPS label to cover the cost of return shipping. The label will come via email, to be printed and attached to the parcel. For all other returns the customer is responsible for all costs of return shipping. We recommend that you ship your returned item with signature confirmation and insurance to ensure guaranteed delivery. We will not be held accountable for any lost or damaged products and packages.

Used Merchandise

There are no returns, credits or exchanges on items used by the customer. Merchandise sent back in used condition will be not be accepted. Customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back. 

Any modification done to a product will void any chance of obtaining a refund. Make certain you are happy with your purchase before altering or installing any component to the vehicle.

Damaged Merchandise

We do our best to pack all orders appropriately to prevent any possible damage during shipment. Any damage resulting from shipment must be reported to us immediately. DO NOT send a physically damaged item back to Ultrabrightlights unless instructed to do so. Simply contact us so that we may assist you in handling a damage claim with the courier (USPS, UPS). Please understand that we have no control over what happens to a parcel during shipment and cannot be held responsible for any damages.

Lost Packages

We are not responsible for any lost packages on their way to our warehouse. The customer is responsible for purchasing insurance and tracking confirmation if deemed necessary.
