- You will receive an email with a tracking number once it is available.
- Shipping method is determined based on location and day of the week. Our goal is to always keep the delivery date within 4 days.

DOMESTIC Orders (U.S)
- We use United Parcel Service(UPS) or United States Postal Service(USPS).
- All PO BOX, APO & FPO Addresses are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

Special handling requests (e.g. "leave package behind gate") can be made in the "customer comments" section during the checkout process.
NOTE: Quoted UPS transit times are inbusiness days and UPS does not deliver on weekends unless expedited Saturday delivery is prearranged.
INTERNATIONAL Orders (World Wide)
We are proud to ship to customers world wide. All International packages must be classified as commercial merchandise including a paper invoice listing the value of the products. Any additional duties assessed on an order are the responsibility of the customer. Our advice is to be prepared to pay any duties if necessary.
NOTE: "Refused" International orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
